1. Scope of Services
Hious provides digital product design, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and staff augmentation services subject to individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Hious and the client entity.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
Unless explicitly specified otherwise in an executed master services agreement, all custom source code, documentation, designs, and digital deliverables created specifically for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client upon receipt of payment.
3. Warranties & Service Standards
Hious warrants that all engineering work is performed in a professional, workmanlike manner in accordance with prevailing commercial standards. We conduct continuous automated testing, security scanning, and quality reviews on all deliverables.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial arbitration principles.
